If your organization is currently subscribed to a Free Plan, you can upgrade to a paid plan by 1st April 2023. Not only does this allow you to continue using WeManage Procurement, you’ll also have access to our full range of features such as Tender Management, Vendor Management, Reverse Auctions and more.
If you are an Admin for your organization’s account, you can upgrade your plan in the WeManage platform:
- Login to your WeManage account
- Click on ‘Subscribe to a Plan’ on the right side of the Home page.
- Scroll down and add a preferred plan to the cart.
- Click on ‘Checkout Now’ and complete the payment process.

- Users will no longer be able to login to their WeManage accounts or perform any actions in the WeManage system.

- Conclude any ongoing sourcing exercises.
- Inform your vendors and users.
- Save and backup any information you need.
